Our Tempe office is located on the Southwest corner of the 101 freeway and Warner Rd. Our South Chandler/Sun Lakes office is located on the Northeast corner of Dobson and Riggs Rd.
THE STAFF:
Dr. James C. Martell, D.C.
Dr. James C. Martell, D.C. graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic, located in Dallas, Texas in 1994. Prior to studying at Parker College of Chiropractic, he attended UT San Antonio. He is certified in Acupuncture since 2000, and is certified in Physiotherapy. Martell Chiropractic Center was founded in 1995. Dr. Martell has been practicing for over 15 years. He has been in his current Tempe location for over 6 years, and his Sun Lakes location for over 3 years. Since he began practicing chiropractic, Dr. Martell has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced chiropractic care.
Thelma Reeves, L.M.T
Thelma Reeves, is a professional Licensed Massage Therapist, graduated from Arizona School of Massage Therapy, Phoenix Campus in 2003. She has been working at Martell Chiropractic Center since 2006, providing outstanding care for patients with all types of conditions. She provides Therapeutic and Swedish massage, and is certified in Hot Stone, Rock-N-Rain, Lymphatic Drainage, Repetitive Injury, and Geriatric massage.

If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our office by phone (480) 831-6116 or email (fightbackpain@cox.net). Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm and 3:00 to 6:00pm
Chandler/Sun Lakes:
Tuesday, Thursday: 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
Financial
We do accept most insurances and we are PPO providers for most insurances. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit card.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
