The sterilization properties of Cl02 must be activated by an acid. Lemon juice, citric acid, or phosphoric acid is used. Shortly after mixing Cl02 with the acid, the solution may turn yellow and give off a smell of chlorine. Then add the water and use it to wash counter tops, stoves, cutting boards, etc.
Fruit and Vegetable Wash • 20 drops with 10 drops of lemon juice (or citric acid/phosphoric acid solution). Wait one minute, then add gallon of water. Soak fruits and vegetables for 2-3 minutes.
Caution - Always dilute PERFECT pH with water before taking. Only dilute with water. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not take if pregnant or lactating. Skin contact with undiluted PERFECT pH calls for thorough rinsing with cold water.
